Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how MARVINEDWARD LLC processes, dispatches, and delivers winter apparel orders. Estimated windows below are normal-time guides and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

After payment is confirmed, orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. During sales or peak winter periods, processing may take slightly longer, and we will notify you by email if that happens.

After dispatch, standard delivery normally takes 3–7 business days to reach a domestic address. Actual delivery can vary with carrier load, weather, and distance.

Once your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier link. Use it to follow the package to your door. If the tracking has not updated after 48 hours, it may still be in the carrier’s intake scan cycle.

Please review the shipping address at checkout. Before dispatch, email us at maredward2710@outlook.com as soon as possible to request a correction. Once the order has been handed to the carrier, we cannot guarantee an address change and redirect fees may apply.

Carrier delays caused by weather, routing, or service backlog are outside our control. If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot find it, first check with neighbors and the building reception, then contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We open a carrier investigation and respond once the carrier reports back.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. Free-shipping thresholds, if shown on the product or cart page, apply automatically. Original shipping charges are non-refundable after delivery, as noted in our Refund & Return Policy.
